Sant Ambroeus Palm Beach

Opted for an impromptu lunch and stumbled upon a charming Italian restaurant. Menu looks authentic Italian, I’d love to come back to try more dishes like the Vitello tonnato or Ossobuco. Our choices were the pizza Tartufata and the special Pappardelle with duck ragout and fresh truffle. The pizza resembled more of a schiacciata, thin and crispy, but was wonderfully flavorful, with a balanced and light combination of truffle and Parmesan. The special was enjoyable, although the truffle flavor was faint, perhaps due to an aged truffle. Concluded the meal with smooth espresso and pistachio gelato: It was like being back in Italy, espresso nice and smooth and the gelato was unbelievable, it tastes like actual pistachio. It felt like home. I’d definitely come back to try the rest of the menu! Exceptional service, though cocktails fell short—considering wine next time. The price aligned well with the food's quality, totaling approximately $150 for two cocktails, a pizza, pasta, two espressos, and a scoop of gelato.

This is a classy Italian restaurant. The best part of it is bakery and coffee shop. Bakery has excellent selection, a big slice of excellent chocolate cake (see photo) cost about $10 and comes with a very nice gift style bag. There is seating inside and outside, however, it can be busy on some days and times, for example, Sunday morning. Parking is plentiful and easy and includes valet service for those requiring extra service. Prices can be higher than other similar places but this place is worth an extra expense.

Service was impeccable. Food was very expensive and not exactly worth it. The burger was very good but not worth $32. The pizza was basically like a toasted pita cracker with sauce and cheese. Not worth the $31. The cocktail was very good. I get it, location matters and overhead to keep the place running cost money, but I expected a bit more especially for what you pay. The bread they served was very hard and a bit dry. The servers there were awesome and very professional and sweet. Quaint and cute little spot. Would I come back...not on my dime, but maybe.

There are few things more quintessentially Palm Beach than a poste Lake Trail walk green juice and avocado toast at proverbial hot spot Sant Ambroeus. Staff who greet you like family, power breakfasts that morph into sit a spells and consistently delicious food throughout the day. Indoors or outside, there is no such thing as a bad table. When you're here, you're family!

To begin I drove 45 min to try this place from aventura ! The service was the worst I ever had at such a high end restaurant. To get a table at 5pm on a Saturday they offered the lounge area by the bar, server was super nice but slowwwww and i don’t think it was his fault since they gave him many tables at once. The food quality was okay I wouldn’t say it’s 5* standard not even 4. The only thing I can say was delicious was the pasta and the dessert. Everything else was mediocre could be purchased at a supermarket and ate at home instead , i spend a very good amount to eat just by myself I would have expected more attention to detail, when I asked for bread it took 15 min for it to come to me; by then the appetizer I ordered was almost over. I would say this place needs organization and lower the price unless they up on the quality

Went to lunch with friends and had the watermelon salad and margarita pasta! Pretty and inviting atmosphere. Went home to make a meal tho because I was disappointed in the portion. The pizza was nice but the watermelon “salad” was literally a piece of feta and watermelon lol if you go, take my advice and ask for a solid recommendation so you don’t leave hungry like I did.
